CAD Software Design System

Our CAD
system is an interactive system, by which our designer could make
a timely modify after catching the customer¡¯s idea.
In this system, we mainly adopts the following software: Auto
CAD, Pro-Engineer, Solidworks.

Advanced
CNC Center |
All of the our mold machine by
CNC center, which could ensure the finer part-line and clarify
outer figure of the finished bottle. Another important advantages
is that could ensure tolerance of the finished bottle¡¯s
volume in +5ml and ¨C5ml on the required standard volume.

High Quality
Mold Material |
Our blows mold are made of high
quality mold steel form America, Germany or Sweden. According
to client¡¯s different requirement, we could use the
antierode horniness aluminum alloy (called plane aluminum too)
to make automatic mold for the fully automatic blow-molding machine.
those meterial could be sure the mold's service life under the
long time using course.

Cooling Channels
|
In order to keep the blow mold
body¡¯s temperature under a expecting point, and will
not rise with the working time prolonged, we specially design
and installed several cooling water channels in the mold body
for cooling the mold. So, in the produce course, you could connect
them with the tap water.

According to the finished bottle¡¯s
shape and use, the blow mold could be divided into four series:
Mineral water mold series, edibles oil bottle mold series, wide
neck jar mold series, and gallon barrel mold series etc. The following
are the brief describes on the four kinds of mold.

Mineral Water Series
|
There are two sizes of standard neck blow
mold in this series: 28mm PCO neck and 30mm France neck. The bottle
volume of mostly familiar in this series is among 250ml~2000ml.
For instance: the coke cola series bottles, and all kinds of mineral
water bottles.
According to the size and shape of every mold, its delivery time
is unequal among 20 to 30 days.

Edible
Oil Bottle Series
|

There are
mainly two sizes of standard edible oil neck in this series: 38mm
size and 45mm size, the volume unequal in 0.5L-6L.
According to the size and shape of every mold, its delivery time
is unequal among 20 to 30 days.

Wide Neck Jar
Blow Mold Series |
There have not a common standard
on the wide neck jar¡¯s neck size. we often called
them small wide neck when the neck size in 60~70mm; the neck size
in 70-100mmm is iddle wide neck jar; and if the neck size more
than 100mm, it is called huge wide neck jar.
Their volume of the jar is unequal
in 250ml- 20L. According to the diffrence size and shape of every
mold, its delivery time is unequal in 20-40 days.

Gallon Barrel Blow Mold Series
|
 About
the gallon barrel, there are mainly three models: 2 Gallon,
3 Gallon and 5 Gallon. According to whether it have a handle
or not, it still could be divided into two kinds: with handle
and without handle.
