Air Filters are the necessary equipment for PET bottle blowing too. The main purpose of Air Filters is to eliminate the impurity from the compressed air including coalesced liquid water, oil and solid particle etc.
Filter cartridges on main pipes are mostly used for air compressors or installed after rear coolers or before refrigerated dryers. They can be used to filter a quantity of liquids and solid particles of over 3 ¦Ìm . The minimum residual oil content of 5ppm can be obtained by using this kind of filters.
Filter cartridges on air pipes are mostly used for equipment such as tools, machinery, motors, cylinders and installed before Grade A filters or after adsorption dryers. They can be used to filter liquids and solid particles of 1 ¦Ìm . The minimum residual oil content of 0.5ppm can be obtained by using this kind of filters.
Filter cartridges of super-efficient oil removal are mostly installed in the place upstream adsorption dryers, or in the place downstream refrigerated dryers. They can be used to filter liquids and solid particles of 0.01 ¦Ìm . The minimum residual oil content of 0.001ppm can be obtained by using this kind of filters.

Note:Take care that it is imperative to install a Grade T air pipe filter in the upstream place in order to protect the Grade A filter.
